Practical Completion has recently been obtained on our 14 week design and build contract for MAC Construction Consultants Ltd (“MAC”) and its client. As mentioned back in January, J. P. Wild was engaged to construct a new Costa Coffee unit and ‘Drive Thru’ together with associated external works as part of an ongoing phased redevelopment of the existing Queens Shopping Park, in the Horrocks Quarter of Preston. This project represents J. P. Wild’s first major awarded win with MAC and it has been a delight to work with the Leeds team and their client. It also sees J. P. Wild continuing to grow and develop, in terms of both project complexity and location, whilst delivering on time and in budget in an otherwise live and busy retail environment.
